At MatericaSHOP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your MatericaSHOP account and select the 'Order History' section to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original boxes with all protective materials to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized courier location and keep your receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
